Using Multiple Keywords

How can multiple keywords benefit my agency?

Some organizations opt to add additional keywords to their account in order to auto-route tips to different divisions or departments. Keywords are entered by the tipster at the beginning of their text (i.e., "KEYWORD followed by the tip”) to 274637 (CRIMES), and are then forwarded to the correct organization based on the unique keyword.  If an organization has purchased multiple keywords and has set up auto-routing, each tip will be routed to a particular email or multiple emails based on the specific keyword used, which can be extremely helpful to the organization in managing its tips.

If your organization is interested in adding additional keywords, please contact our sales department at to begin the order process.  There is a minimal annual fee for each additional keyword, however the advantages are huge. Some organizations have even added additional keywords to their accounts for specific cases or missing persons.
